TTrackr — Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how BD IT Pro Tech Inc (“BD IT Pro Tech,” “IT Pro Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) — the developer of the TTrackrapplication (“TTrackr” or the “Service”) — collects, uses, protects, and shares personal information in connection with the Service. BD IT Pro Tech Inc is an information-technology company based in Monsey, New York that provides IT services to businesses and develops its own software applications, including TTrackr.

This policy applies specifically to the TTrackr application. For our general IT-services privacy practices (including SMS opt-in), see our main Privacy Policy at bditprotech.com/privacy-policy.

1. What TTrackr does

TTrackr is a profit-analytics tool for online marketplace sellers. With a seller’s authorization, it connects to the seller’s marketplace account (such as Temu), retrieves their orders and financial transactions, combines that data with the seller’s own product costs and advertising spend, and presents profit-and-loss reports back to that same seller.

2. Information we collect

a. Seller account information. When a seller creates a TTrackr account, we collect their name, email address, and login credentials.

b. Marketplace data (read-only, with the seller’s authorization). When a seller connects their store, we access — on a read-only basis and only after the seller authorizes it — data from that marketplace, which may include: customer name, shipping address, phone number, email address, order information, customized product information, and related transaction and financial data.

c. Seller-provided business data. Product costs (cost of goods) and advertising spend that the seller enters to complete their profit calculations.

d. Usage and technical data. Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the Service (such as log data).

We collect only the data needed to provide the Service.

3. How we use information

We use the information solely to:

  • provide TTrackr and generate the seller’s own profit-and-loss reports;
  • operate, secure, maintain, and support the Service; and
  • comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or for any purpose outside providing the Service.

4. Purpose limitation

Personal data accessed through a marketplace is processed on behalf of the seller (who is the data controller) strictly for the agreed purpose of providing analytics to that seller — never for any unrelated purpose.

5. Service providers

We use a limited number of trusted third-party service providers — such as cloud hosting, infrastructure, and database providers — to operate and secure TTrackr. These providers act only as our processors: they are bound by data-protection terms, may use the data solely to provide services to us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing or other unrelated purposes.

6. Data security

We protect personal information using industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, strict separation of each customer’s data, access limited to authorized personnel, and secure handling of credentials. Access to marketplace data is read-only and only with the seller’s authorization. We regularly review and update our security practices.

7. Data retention and deletion

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service. When a seller disconnects their store or closes their account, we delete the associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your rights

Sellers and individuals may request to access, correct, update, delete, or opt outof certain processing of their personal information. Because much of the marketplace data we process belongs to the seller’s own customers, we also assist sellers (as data controllers) in responding to their customers’ data-subject requests. To exercise rights or ask questions, contact us (Section 11).

9. International users

TTrackr is currently offered to sellers in the United States, and personal data is stored and processed in the United States.

10. Children's privacy

TTrackr is a business tool that is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. For questions or requests regarding TTrackr and this policy, contact:
